We hereby inform our partners that on February 28, 2025, a Business Unit Transfer Agreement was concluded, under which the current Perfektum Építész Kft. took over the design and engineering business unit previously operated by Perfektum Építész Kft. (now Open Immo Kft.) as of March 1, 2025.

With the transfer of the business unit, Perfektum Építész Kft. has assumed all design and engineering contracts related to the business unit as a legal successor, along with all rights and obligations arising from their execution. Accordingly:

• The fulfillment of contracts, as well as any financial settlements arising from them, such as guarantees, refunds, and additional work, fall exclusively within the authority of Perfektum Építész Kft.
• The transfer was carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), thus the lawful transfer of contracts has been completed.
